In concept, Bliss Ekkamai is more of a bar made for chill parties and events than a full-fledged nightclub. Its décor, however, makes full use of vibrant neon colors and dark walls to bring on that underground club look.
Bliss Ekkamai’s two floors are connected to a loft area, which houses its stage. This means no matter where you are in the venue, you’ll be able to see the performances clearly.
One of Bliss Ekkamai’s highlights is the sheer range of entertainment it offers. You’ll find a daily rotation of full bands and DJs. The live music playlist includes a variety of Thai and international ‘90s classics as well as the latest hits.
What makes these shows so fun is the fact that performers often step down from the stage to interact with the nearby audience, making the nightly parties even more exciting.
You can look forward to the bands between 21.00 - 22.30 and 23.00 - 00.30 every day. After that, it’s time to dance to energetic hip-hop, R&B, and twerk sets by DJs through the night.
Bliss Ekkamai serves mostly appetizers and bar bites like chicken nuggets, deep-fried chicken joint naem, french fries, and deep-fried chicken wings.
If you’re feeling particularly hungry, there’s also everyone’s favorite one-dish meal – Pad Kra Pao with rice.
The Beef Pad Kra Pao with Onsen Egg(180 THB) comes with the meat piled in a neat circle around the rice. The beef, flavorful but not too spicy, is topped with crispy deep-fried holy basil and an onsen egg.
There are also Deep-Fried Crab Sticks (120 THB) and Popcorn Chicken (160 THB); the crispy golden treats are served with sweet chili sauce.
As for drinks, Bliss Ekkamai has you covered whether you like your drinks light or stiff. Wines, champagnes, spirits, beers, mocktails, and cocktails are only a few examples.
Bliss Ekkamai’s original signature cocktails are mostly fruity and floral; each and every one beautifully prepared and presented.
First up is Blushing Blondle (330 THB) – a reddish-purple cocktail made with vodka, cranberry juice, and raspberry juice. It’s garnished with basil and a maraschino cherry.
Sun Flower (330 THB) – a bright yellow drink made with vodka, mango juice, and floral flavor. It’s incredibly fragrant and refreshing with a sweet & sour taste.
Finally, you have the Blue Frose (750 THB). This humongous cocktail is made for a group of 3-4 to share. It’s peach-flavored vodka and blue curaçao syrup topped with an assortment of fruits and sweets like maraschino cherries, oranges, jellies, marshmallows, and candies.
