Delicious Vegan Recipes You Can Make at Home from Avani Hotels
Avani Hotels & Resorts has partnered Tere, a prominent food blogger from Indonesia, to make her healthy vegan recipes available online for you to try at home!
There has never been a better time to fine-tune your culinary abilities. During this social distancing period from the COVID-19 pandemic, Avani Hotels & Resorts has joined up with one of Indonesia's most prominent bloggers Tere (@Heytheresia) and invites all of us to get cooking with Tere’s collection of inventive and delicious vegan recipes on Avani’s Instagram page (@Avani_Hotels).
Tere, best known for her food & travel blogs as well as mouthwatering food recipes on Instagram, was listed as a top 10 food blogger by Indonesia Tatler magazine. For this collaboration with Avani Hotels, Tere has worked with Avani chefs at several Southeast Asian locations to come up with 4 delightful vegan recipes you can easily follow at home.
The first recipe of the series, created by Tere and the chefs of Avani+ Riverside Bangkok, is the scrumptious Grilled Portabello Steak served with a special “cake” made with tomatoes, peppers, zucchinis, and eggplants.
Next on the list is the Tortilla Wrap, created through Tere’s collaboration with Avani+ Luang Prabang Hotel in Laos. The dish is a rich combination of homemade hummus and jalapeño con carne made with red beans, peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, and zucchinis.
The 3rd recipe of this series is Tere’s raw version of the Pad Thai, a signature dish of Thailand, made in collaboration with Avani+ Samui Resort using zucchini noodles and an almond-based sauce.
We close out the series with one of Tere’s signature dishes, Banana Pancakes. The recipe for this fluffy creation includes almond milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg which will be rounded off with sweet maple syrup.
