Tipsy is a restaurant and bar on Soi Prasert Manukitch 31 (Kaset-Nawamin). On occasion of its 1 Year Anniversary, the venue invited for a special concert night with the up-and-coming band The Toys, which is best known for the songs "Hna Hnao Tee Leaw" and "Gon Rudoo Fon".
