International Beer Day (IBD) is celebrated on the first Friday of August by beer lovers in 80 countries and 6 continents. Join in and have a round of drinks with your friends and family at venues that observe the occasion.
It’s a great time to show your love for countless breweries around the world, thanks to whom we can enjoy the amber nectar all year round. For 2019, IBD is taking place on August 2.

Beer Belly
Beer Belly - a funky little beer bar in Thonglor - is also celebrating the happiest day of the year for beer lovers. The bar is offering ‘Buy 1 Get 1’ for drinks between 17.00 - 22.00 that’ll let you taste test beers from all over the world.

The Beer Cap
In the spirit of IBD, The Beer Cap is hosting an exclusive off-site event “International Beer Day Meet 2019” at Saphan 55 on August 3.
Promising an even bigger party than last year, TBC invites distributors such as Smiling Mad Dog, Beervana, Captain Barrel, Drinkable, B-Delicious, Pac Bev, and My Beer to serve up all kinds of brews. Beer lovers can enjoy cool drinks as well as mouth-watering treats and live music throughout the day between 14.00 - 00.00.
As a ‘thank you’ to all the drink connoisseurs out there, the entrance fee includes a lucky draw ticket. You’ll get an additional one with every drink order, which means a greater chance to win the grand prize.
The winner gets to take home a set of over 300 beers (over 100,000 THB in worth) from The Beer Cap’s menu. Talk about a real jackpot! And even if you didn’t win that one, there will be many consolation prizes as well.

To not miss out on the Beer Day celebration, The Drunken Leprechaun Bangkok is offering ‘All Day Happy Hour’ promotion for its patrons on August 2. Join the fun at the famous Irish pub and enjoy special prices on bottled beers.

Rise Rooftop Bar Bangkok
Sip on a crisp cold beer while taking in the skyline view of Sukhumvit at Rise Rooftop Bar & Dining on the 9th floor of Akyra TAS Sukhumvit. For the International Beer Day this August 2, the bar is offering great deals for its beer-loving patrons.

Mikkeller Bangkok
A craft beer brand originally from Denmark, Mikkeller Bangkok is known for its extensive craft beer selection. To celebrate the International Beer Day this August 2, the bar is offering a 30% discount on orders of any 4 beers from different countries (whether by the glass, can, or bottle) between 17.00 - 01.00.

BRICK Bistro

Where Is My Beer?
The cozy house bar ‘Where Is My Beer?’ features a long list of beer cocktails and craft beers on its menu. To celebrate International Beer Day, the bar is offering a 20% discount on all beers starting from 18.00.
‘Where Is My Beer?’ serves various Thai and international craft beers, including their very own Thai-Garman beer “Ladybräu”. The brew is used as the main ingredient in many of the bar’s signature “Beertails”.
Disruptive Thai Craft Beer

Hosted by Wework and Thai craft beer makers such as Thai Craft Breweries, Space Craft, Yaksa, and Triple Pearl, the event will take place at T-One Sukhumvit 40 on August 2.

Hemingway's Bangkok
If you’re looking to celebrate with other beer lovers on the International Beer Day, you’ll definitely love this deal from Hemingway’s Bangkok. On August 2, the casual bar located in Soi Sukhumvit 11 is honoring IBD by offering a pint for 99 THB starting from 17.00.

Hemingway’s Bangkok also serves international food such as American, Mexican, Mediteranean menus as well as various soft drinks.
Barbon
Located in Bangkok’s old town neighborhood, Barbon is an ultra-chic bar that lets you take in the nighttime riverside vista.
To join the IBD celebration, Barbon is offering a special 180 THB price tag for its beer, no matter if that’s a 330 ml bottle and 375 ml can. There are currently at least four options available, but you can ask the bar if specific brands are included.
