27 Thai All-time Hits to Sing Along At 'Office Fest'
Enjoy our playlist of hits by the festival lineup: Clash, Joey Boy, Silly Fools & Dax, Billy Ogan, Mild, and Nont Tanont!
Do you miss those times when you and your friends were belting out classic, soulful hits at the karaoke after work? If yes, then you better warm up your singing voice. Heavy Organizer is bringing you an event that’s perfect for the young working people.
The ‘Office Fest’ party is happening this November 23 (Sat) at JJ Mall. Office ladies and gentlemen, get ready to sing and dance along with Thai artists of various genres (and ages) at this event!
The festival lineup includes big-names from pop, rock, and hip-hop scenes, with some acts having been around the Thai music industry for decades.
To kick off the list, we’ve got Clash. The rock band has brought us many hits such as “Rok Prajam Tua”, “Khor Ched Narm Tar”, “Fark Khwarm Yin Dee”, and “Ther Ja Yoo Kab Chan Talord Pai”. They went on a 7-year hiatus before reuniting in 2018.
As they promise to play their new single for their fans at the event, you can expect some fresh sounds from this classic rock act.
After that, get ready to bounce along to the beats by Joey Boy - one of the pioneers of Thailand’s hip-hop scene. The rapper is best known for top hits “Salaone”, “Put Ya Hands Up”, and “Rai Kor Rak”. He’s also the Managing Director of Gancore Club record label.
If you’ve ever seen a performance by Joey Boy and his rapper crew, then you already know what kind of phenomena he’ll bring to the stage. (And if not, prepare to be blown away!)
Then is it’s time for the alternative rock band, Silly Fools. Their heartbreaking tunes have been a long-time staple at local dives and bars that everyone loves to sing (and cry) along.
Plus, they’re doubling down on the fun factor, as they’ll be joined by Dax Rock Rider (former vocalist of Big Ass). Expect an energetic and emotional show from these two acts; they won’t disappoint.
Next is the rock legend Billy Ogan, who’s got a three-decade presence in the Thai music scene. You’ll get to rewind and feel the nostalgia with some of his greatest hits: “Faa Khong Sa Jai”, “Fang Wai Nai Phuen Din”, and “Ao Arai Mar Laek Kor Mai Yom”.
Let’s switch it up with some pop acts. Last year, having just celebrated their 10th anniversary, Mild released their latest hit “Sayonara”, which gained over 184 million views on YouTube. Other well-known tracks by the band include “Kam Tarm Sanong”, “Unloveable”, “Khwarm Rak Mai Phid”, and “Love Sick”.
Last but not least is the talented Nont Tanont - the winner of two sensational singing shows: The Voice Thailand and The Mask Singer. While his list of accolades can easily attest to his skills, his outstanding pop/R&B style is the main reason why this rising star so popular.
To make sure you can perfect your sing-along skills and enjoy the tunes before anyone else, here’s the Siam2nite playlist of 27 tracks by the ‘Office Fest’ lineup. Get ready to shout your heart out on the big day!
