LEO Brings You The PONGConnect Thailand Master League 2019, Beer Pong Tournament
Ask for a drinking game that’s a) widely popular in the US; b) challenging yet simple and c) guaranteed to be a fun distraction for any group of friends. Beer pong is probably the first that comes to mind.
In this game, ten plastic cups are put on each end of the table in a bowling pin formation, filled with your favorite amber nectar.
Using aiming skills, you throw ping pong balls into one of your opponent’s cups. If the ball lands in the cup, they have to down the whole thing. First who land their shots in all cups wins.
Beer Pong has been adapted for local clubs and bars everywhere with an increasingly competitive edge. You can see beer pong tournaments happening all around the world now, not just in the US.
In Thailand, there are many venues you can go to for a game of beer pongs with your buddies.
Some clubbers and drinking game enthusiasts might have been to bars in Bangkok that provide digital beer pong tables. These tables have a sleek design with orange & black accents and various game modes.
On the tables are screens that show player profiles and game results, complete with LED lights that change colors when players land their shots.
This is PONGConnect, a pong system from Hong Kong used in Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China, UK, Philippines, Vietnam, and of course, Thailand. It has been a novelty among drinkers in every country.
