Situated on the outskirts of Bangkok, this gym offers special workouts for body firming, developed by professional boxers and professors from Mahidol University's Faculty of Sports Science.
These classes are tailor-made, based on your body mass index. There are regular boxing classes, as well as high-intensity interval training and emotional involvement training.

Legend Thai Boxing is a stylish, spacious and modern gym, located most central in Silom, a 15-minutes walk from Chong Nonsi BTS or Lumpini MRT station.
The gym features state-of-the-art equipment and claims to be serious about making sure their students having fun with their training.
Their sessions are tailored mainly for workout enthusiasts, and less for serious fighters. There are 10 classes available per day.

Bangkok Fight Lab is a new and spacious gym, associated with the renowned strength and conditioning facility The Lab. They offer a variety of class, from Muay Thai to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and more.

Jaroenthong Professional Boxing School was opened by Jaroenthong Kiatbanchong, one of Thailand's most famous professional boxers. The school has branches Bangkok, Khao Lak and Koh Samui.
The school offers both, serious training for potential pros, and boxing-for-exercise workouts. Every course includes 1-on-1 training with an instructor. The school teaches Muay Thai and Muay Boran.

Lion’s Head Boxing Gym is not a Muay Thai gym, but a Western boxing gym. The gym is supported by the leading boxing goods brand Everlast, and therefore is equipped with state-of-the-art gear.
