Snoop Dogg's Latest Cookbook ‘From Crook to Cook’ Will Satisfy All Your Needs for Munchies
One of the biggest names of the Rap industry “Snoop Dogg” is taking his culinary passion to the next level. Known for his all-time hits like “Gin & Juice”, “Drop It Like It’s Hot”, and a collaboration with Dr.Dre like “The Next Episode”, the superstar rapper is now giving us a glimpse of his favorite homemade recipes with his very first cookbook called “From Crook to Cook”.
Nowadays, Snoop Dogg is known among food circles as much as he is for his music. The rapper has been co-hosting the cooking series “Martha and Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party” on VH1 with Martha Stewart from November 2016. The show was since then nominated for a Primetime Emmy in 2017. Knowing this, it might not come as a surprise anymore why he’s coming out with a cookbook of his own. “From Crook to Cook” will be published by Chronicle Books in San Francisco, California. The book will feature 50 different recipes ranging from classic recipes such as Baked Mac & Cheese, Chicken & Waffles, Bologna Sandwiches with Chips, Soft Flour Tacos, and Orange Chicken; more refined dishes like Filet Mignon and Lobster Thermidor, as well as easy-to-make desserts like Brownies Ice Cream.
Aside from all the beautiful food pictures, detailed ingredients lists, and step-by-step guides as you would find in many cookbooks, Snoop also threw in some entertaining tips as well as a section fittingly called “munchies” that will be sure to give you smiles as you go through each recipe.
“From Crook to Cook” is set to officially hit the stores on October 23, 2018, and can be pre-ordered from the publisher’s website starting today. The price ranges from 16.48 - 24.95 USD or 537 - 813 THB depending on which website you’re on.
