Bangkok’s popular chain salad brand dressed had been relaunched under the new name getfresh, bringing even more organic and nutritious produces straight from the farm to you!
For those of us in Bangkok with a healthy lifestyle, the name ‘dressed’ would often come to mind as one of the top salad lunch options in town. If you’ve ever been to one of their stores, you’d recognize them from their variety of salad, wraps, and bowls made from the freshest farm-sourced ingredients. Needless to say, for the past 5 years, ‘dressed’ had become a household name among the millennial generation.
Stepping into 2020, ‘dressed’ has decided to rebrand and relaunch under the name ‘getfresh’ after recently striking a deal with Stonelotus Ventures. This is good news to the fans of 'dressed' as we'll be seeing a wider variety of healthy food menus and more store locations!
The same concept will be continued under the new brand name with chef-designed options and customizable meals featuring organic and sustainable products from small, local producers.
Talking about sustainability, other than handpicking farms, both in Thailand and aboard, who use ethical and sustainable farm practices, 'getfresh’ will also only be using sustainable packaging that is either biodegradable or compostable.
Half of the menu at ‘getfresh’ will consist of the signatures and best-sellers from ‘dressed’, including salads, wraps, smoothies, and sandwiches such as the Chicken Shakshuka, Cobb Salad, Detox Antioxidant Wrap, Naked Beyond Burger as well as the option the create your very own salad or wrap from the ingredients of your choice.
The other half is where things get interesting. Aiming to provide fans of healthy food with an even wider variety of organic and delicious options, the menu will be added with egg-based recipes, soups, rice bowls, pasta, protein shakes, kid's menu, and a beverage list consisting of teas, coffees, and kombuchas.
Furthermore, on the website of getfresh, you'll find a complete breakdown of the nutritional information for each menu item including calorie, carbohydrate, protein, fat, sugar, and fiber values so you can plan and choose how you want to eat for the day.
With the currently ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, ‘getfresh’ had decided to initiate the ‘One For One’ campaign where all of us can take part in helping the hardworking healthcare workers who are keeping us safe from the virus.
Throughout April, for every salad, you order, 'getfresh' will give out a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad to healthcare staff at various hospitals across the country on the frontline of the current COVID-19 battle. Be sure to snap a picture of your salad on post it for your friends to see with the #getfresh141 hashtag.
For far, the salads have made their way to the hands of the healthcare workers in Phramongkutklao Hospital, Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital, and Taksin Hospital. Don’t forget that you can also support this kind act just by simply ordering yourself a bowl of salad.
