The new Tailwind is currently available in Thailand stores for 5,800 THB.
BAIT x Toy Story 4 x Reebok Instapump Fury
The ultra-exclusive Bait x Reebok Instapump Fury “Toy Story 4” is the eccentric brainchild of Reebok and Bait. Inspired by Toy Story’s deuteragonists, Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear, the kicks are released just in time to welcome Toy Story 4 (currently in cinemas).
Only a handful of Bait x Reebok Instapump Fury “Toy Story 4” was made, so they’re super limited in numbers.
GOLF le FLEUR* x Converse Rainbow
Tyler, The Creator, and Converse join in on the Pride Month 2019 celebration. As June is the month to remember LGBTQ history, the trio announces a new addition to the GOLF le FLEUR* One Star model.
The upper uses muted white leather to show off the rainbow midsole - the color of the Pride flag and a symbol of the LGBTQ community. But the cutest detail is hidden on the outsole, which features black flower imprints dotted all over the piece.
Off-White x Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 5
Virgil Ablor, the founder of Off-White, joins Nike in releasing a new item for Athlete in Progress collection: Off-White x Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 5. Inspired by the indomitable spirit and determination of hard-trained runners, these shoes have a supremely distinctive style.
Main features include unique spiky outsoles and shoelaces that are integrated into the premium nylon and suede upper. There’s also a plastic tag wrapped around the lace - Off-White’s signature gimmick.
The Off-White x Nike Zoom Terra Kiger 5 is available in three colorways: Black, Electric Green, and White, and priced at 180 USD (5,800 THB in Thailand stores).
Balenciaga Track.2 Trainer
For its 2019 fall collection, the high-end brand Balenciaga announces the new Track.2, which features sleek, futuristic designs. Each shoe is made out of 176 individual pieces to provide breathability; some pieces even blend into the light-yet-durable leather & net upper.
Other highlights include ‘Track.2’ embroidered on the tongue and Balenciaga logo branded near the collar. What’s more, the midsole uses EVA sole technology, which offers better flexibility and force absorption, and thus more comfort. Track.2 is available in three colorways and priced at 965 USD (29,700 THB).
Nike AF1-TYPE Summit White
Nike AF1-TYPE “Summit White” is one of the most currently hyped-after items from the brand. A redesign of Nike Air Force 1, the new iteration adds a stylish edge to the classic silhouette.
This results in a patchwork look with details like the ‘taped-up’ toe box, the black strap on the heel counter, and the translucent Nike Swoosh. Nike AF1-TYPE “Summit White” sells for 140 USD (4,800 THB).
Balenciaga’s Triple S Red/Off-White
One of Balenciaga’s most popular models of all time, the Triple S returns in a new, eye-catching Red / Off-White colorway for fashionistas to hunt for. The unique shape of the outsole is inspired by the newly revived ‘dad shoe’ trends. The model is currently available for 1,025 USD (32,000 THB) on the Balenciaga website.
Nike x Stranger Things
After working with H&M on a retro-modern collection that’s chock-full of ‘80s vibes, the fan-favorite series, Netflix’s Stranger Things, joins Nike on a new, exclusive project.
Using elements from the fictional Hawkins High School as an inspiration, the collection tells stories through Cortez, Blazer, and Tailwind models. It arrives just in time to celebrate Stranger Things’ season 3 premiere on July 4. The price is set at 120 USD (3,700 THB).
Leopard Gucci Screener Sneaker
High-end brand Gucci releases sneakers from its Gucci Resort 2020 collection designed by Alessandro Michele, inspired by ‘70s sports shoes. The premium black leather and leopard print suede give the kicks a striking appearance.
The Gucci Stripe Trim on the quarter and GG metallic logo on the vamp show off the brand’s luxurious signature. “Leopard” Gucci Screener Sneaker is available for 750 USD (23,000 THB) on the Gucci website.
Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 MCA
The ultra-rare Off-White x Nike Air Force 1 “MCA” is a creation of Virgil Abloh, the mind behind the street brand Off-White. This brightly-colored, limited edition is not officially a part of Off-White “The Ten” Collection, but rather an item featured exclusively at Virgil’s exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (MCA).
That, and the fact that only 6,800 pairs were made, means these sneakers are among the top tier in terms of rarity. Initially, the price was set at 170 USD (5,900 THB), but the resale value is currently over 2,500 USD (90,000 THB).
Vans Era Olde English Velvet Black
Vans’ new Olde English collection comes in Era and Slip-on models. The first variation features fancy designs with velvet upper and metallic gold charms on the eyelets that spell out the brand’s name.
The other model sports a metallic gold belt on the upper stamped with the number 1966 - a nod to the year of Vans’ founding. The collection offers red and black colorways and is currently available for 90-120 USD (2,800-3,700 THB).
Toy Story 4 x adidas Ultra Boost 19
To hop on the hype train that is Toy Story, Adidas works with Walt Disney Pictures to bring you the Toy Story-themed Ultra Boost 19. This rendition uses Primeknit upper and a limited-edition Toy Story logo on the tongue tag.
As the colorways are inspired by Sheriff Woody and Buzz Lightyear, the deuteragonists’ images are also printed on the insole.
Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Gym Red
The red, black & white colorway has been a staple of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG since 1985 and continues to inspire countless new iterations even today.
Recently, Air Jordan releases the ‘Gym Red’ colorway for creators to collect. Though the model isn’t exactly adventurous appearance-wise, sneaker news websites speculate that the Gym Red would still be as popular as the model’s other renditions. Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG currently sells for 160 USD (5,000 THB).
