Viva 8

Viva 8 is a bar/restaurant that stands inside Chatuchak Weekend Market (Project 8). Aiming for casual and friendly vibes, the bar's decor is more laid-back rather than lavish. Here, you can enjoy food and drinks while chatting with your friends with no worries.

Viva 8's signature menu is the paella a.k.a. Spanish fried rice. It's prepared by a Spanish-born chef, who provides a show to go with your dinner by cooking the rice in a giant pan. (It's a real spectacle for the crowd!) The bar also serves all kinds of drink. As for the music, expect anything from older classic hits to energetic electronic music; all courtesy of Viva 8's super-chic DJ.

The bar is open every weekend between 07.00-22.00.
