Uncle Tim

Uncle.Tim is a modern Chinese-style bar located on the 1st floor of the Tim Mansion hotel just next door to the Michelin-starred Jay Fai. Known for serving up cocktails laced with Chinese medicine from the time when the location was still called the Tim Rueng Vej Pharmacy, this oriental-themed bar is decorated with traditional Chinese furniture, red neon signage, and golden lion heads.

The bar hosts a live Jazz band every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, while late Saturday nights are reserved for the DJ and Techno-House music.

Concoctions from the bar include signature cocktails infused with Chinese herbs and medicine unique to the Tim Rueng Vej’s family recipe. You can also find whiskey, mocktails, wine, vodka, umeshu, soju, and beer as well as light bites like spring rolls, gyoza, and fried chicken.

Uncle.Tim is open between Wednesday - Sunday from 19:00 to 01:00.
