LATEST RECIPE is a relaxed and stylish open air all-day restaurant located at Le Méridien Koh Samui Resort & Spa, on Lamai Beach. The restaurant serves modern international cuisine, including numerous vegetarian dishes. The two-storey structure is located on the edge of the hotel’s main pool and lit by red Chinese lanterns. The ground floor is shaded by a high Thai pavilion roof and the front of the restaurant is open and facing the seaside. The mezzanine floor features comfortable oversized armchairs and grants a great view on the pool and the ocean. The restaurant also features a 224-meters floating Ocean Pier with panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand - ideal for romantic sunset and starlight dinners.
